O’Leary Counselors work together to offer a holistic treatment plan that benefits the client as well as the family system when appropriate to get to the root of the problem and engage personal responsibility and growth. We are seeking Licensed Professional Counselors who are Licensed in the State of New Jersey.
LPCs will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of at least 15 clients per week. To accommodate client schedules, evening and weekend hours may be required. Our primary requirements are a desire to help clients, adherence to ACA ethical guidelines, open communication, and diligent record keeping. Clinicians are encouraged to design and facilitate groups in an area that utilizes their experience and education and serves the client population.
We are unique in that we focus on the family as well as the individual, and have therapists with a variety of specialties to see different members of a family in our office. We approach treatment from a team oriented approach. Clinicians will be provided with clients and the tools necessary to maintain notes, treatment plans, and other documentation. Our clinicians meet with management on a regular basis and with the staff on a quarterly basis to ensure cohesion and communication are maintained. O’Leary Counseling provides access to continuing education programs 3-4 times per year to complement our clinicians’ skills and our clients’ needs.
